Overnight Oats With Oatmeal Cookie Crumble

Extra special breakfast for your extra special people, big and small. Recipe for these gluten free Overnight Oats with Oatmeal Cookie Crumble below! ☀️

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 2 cups gluten free oat milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 4 Julia’s TableⓇ Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies, crumbled

  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  2. To serve, divide oatmeal among 4 bowls. Top with cookies, bananas, and cranberries. Drizzle sunflower butter and maple syrup over top.
