Overnight Oats With Oatmeal Cookie Crumble
Extra special breakfast for your extra special people, big and small. Recipe for these gluten free Overnight Oats with Oatmeal Cookie Crumble below! ☀️
1 cup gluten free oats
2 cups gluten free oat milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
4 Julia’s TableⓇ Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies, crumbled
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sunflower butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
In a large bowl, stir together oats, oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, divide oatmeal among 4 bowls. Top with cookies, bananas, and cranberries. Drizzle sunflower butter and maple syrup over top.
