Mint Chocolate Brownie Shakes

4 small shakes


  • 1 packed cup baby spinach

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 1 cup vanilla oat milk

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • ¼ cup mint leaves

  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 2 Julia’s TableⓇ Dreamy Chocolate Brownies, coarsely crumbled


  1. In a blender combine spinach, bananas, oat milk, ice cubes, mint leaves, and peppermint extract. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  2. Reserve half the brownie crumbs and add the other half to the blender. Very briefly blend on low speed just to mix the crumbs into the shake.

  3. Pour the shake into 4 small glasses and sprinkle with the remaining brownie crumbs.

  4. Serve with colorful paper straws that have been cut short.
