Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

We're getting ready for game day with these crowd-pleasing Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza Sliders! 🏈

6 servings

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 garlic clove, smashed

  • 1 package Julia’s tableⓇ Soft White Rolls

  • 1¾ cups prepared marinara sauce, divided

  • 2½oz pepperoni or uncured pepperoni

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (4oz)

  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.

  2. In a small skillet combine butter and garlic and melt over medium-low heat. Allow butter to infuse for 10 minutes, lowering heat or turning off heat if needed to prevent garlic from burning.

  3. Cut rolls in half and place bottom halves on a sheet pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray so they are touching.

  4. Spread ¾ cup marinara over rolls, then top with pepperoni, mozzarella, and top halves of rolls.

  5. Brush tops of rolls with garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan, oregano, and pepper flakes.

  6. Bake until cheese is melted and rolls are heated through, 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with remaining 1 cup marinara for dipping.
