Brownie Cheesecake Truffles

Who says kids get to have all the dressing up fun? 👻 These gluten free Brownie Cheesecake Truffles can be dressed up with your favorite toppings for an extra spooky treat.

Ingredients


For the Truffles:

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 package Julia’s TableBrownies, crumbled

Optional Toppings:

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, melted

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted

  • ¼ cup multicolored or festive holiday sprinkles

  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder


Directions:

  1. In a food processor, whip cream cheese, vanilla, and cinnamon, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Add brownies and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and place in freezer 20 minutes or until firm yet malleable.

  2. While the mixture chills, place toppings in separate bowls and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using a melon baller or small spoon, scoop out mixture and form into balls by rolling between your palms. Roll in assorted toppings and place on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Freeze until firm and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
